Positive: Fantastic location! Easily walk everywhere we needed to in 15-20 minutes with the added bonus of a microbrewery just next door. Great you couldn't lose a key or only have 1 key and was all keypad entry. Didn't realise there was a smart bidet toilet which was great and the rainfall shower was amazing! Negative: No real hanging space in the wardrobe, nice coffee pods but could have included a small milk in the fridge as we didn't have time to get groceries before arrival, nice balcony but the road is VERY busy - the blackout blinds are not sound proof, the river dried up when we were there and left a horrible smell that we couldn't use the balcony.

Excellent, would definitely stay here again Positive: The experience from AIA Stay has been first class. Leading up to our stay the communication was excellent and each reply was prompt and informative. I took advantage of some of the extras provided, such as airport transfer and these were arranged seamlessly with no fuss. The transfer arrived promptly at the airport keeping us fully informed via WhatsApp of his location, description and vehicle. Our driver was extremely polite and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more. Now on to the apartment, you have to look past the outside and communal areas of the building, it’s an historic city and many of the buildings, including this one are essentially listed, meaning changes can’t be made to these areas, however the communal area was always clean and tidy. I was able to choose the exact apartment I wanted from the many that they have and I wasn’t disappointed. Upon entering it had been prepared for my partners birthday with balloons, card and some little extras (added extra to the price). The apartment was clean, fresh and modern with touch light switches and even a smart toilet (I now want one). It is equipped with everything we could need to cater for ourselves and the air con was definitely needed. Now, though the balcony does overlook the river, you have the road outside, however we didn’t mind it and regularly sat enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony. After all, you are in a busy main city. With the door shut you can hardly hear it and then with the shutter down it’s non existent, plus the shutter is a brilliant blackout blind. Initially we had an issue with the toilet remote not working but using the link provided to their WhatsApp, we contacted AIAStay and it was sorted almost immediately.

Positive: The apartments deserve a 10 out of 10! Everything was perfect: very clean, cozy, and comfortable — we truly felt at home. It’s clear that the hosts genuinely care about their guests and pay attention to every detail. I would also like to highlight the support — they were always available and responded quickly to any questions. The staff was absolutely wonderful: very polite, friendly, and attentive. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend these apartments! Negative: Without additional fee pretty late check in (16:00) but definitely worth it
