Positive: Loved the room itself, and the location and how helpful staff was and the instant messaging via text
Negative: I know they say the building can't change but it did look rundown. Parking is hard to find too, the closest one was across the river or at a nearby hotel. I wouldnt travel alone here, the street just looks a bit sketchy and unsafe

Positive: Awesome location and nice view, very spacious and clean. Gave us gift and personal note at arrival. Very modern and Japanese toilet.
Will use again when I revisit.

Super nice and quick staff, Nice clean apartment, with the best location
Positive: Super nice staff, and very quick in responses. Available 24/7, I think the best and most quick support I ever have seen. And have used booking.com a lot.
Also the apartment is with all you need. It is simply a 10
